R&D projects

Prof. Tom Philipps is primarily involved in the fields of healthcare and individual mobility . Sustainable solution approaches and systems in the sense of the circular economy are an integral part of his research questions.

Many of Tom Philipps' research and development activities are a continuation of outstanding student work, which he takes up and continues together with the designers in his research group. The projects are financed by third-party funding from public and private bodies (contract research) and can thus be further developed towards realization.
