Mathildenhoehe Editions

"Mathildenhoehe Editions" is a printed publication series of the Department of Design at Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt. The research project opens up a sustainable range of relevant perspectives and questions in the interdisciplinary formats of its various editions. At the Department of Design, the original, now historical idea of an "artists' colony Mathildenhöhe" transcends its monumental character into the living present: the current practice of the discipline of "design", not least in the field of tension between analogue and digital, continues to dynamise the historically predetermined location "Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt".
