A holistic analysis tool

The cesar methodology is a tool for the systematic evaluation and validation of innovation potential in complex decision-making situations. It is designed for organisations and institutions and enables the structured recording and analysis of multifaceted interactions between environmental, social and economic factors.

The aim is to identify robust innovation potential through a deep understanding of the problem and, building on this, to derive well-founded strategic decisions and actionable solutions.

The cesar methodology has its roots in the classical design process of product development and has evolved over a longer period into a multi-level analytical tool suitable for interdisciplinary use. Its key feature is the systematic integration of multiple perspectives within a structured development process. In doing so, explicit and implicit knowledge are brought together into a consolidated body of knowledge to create a basis for strategic decision-making.
The cesar process systematically involves relevant stakeholders – from employees to external partners and experts – and utilises agile frameworks and realistic scenarios to foster collaborative working. The combination of goal definition and context-dependent analysis enables the structured identification of innovation and feasibility potential.
