Human Factors Lab
The lab's networked hardware and software equipment allows designs and applications to be experienced and tested virtually during the development phase. With the help of digital sensors and virtual 3D visualisations, real-time prototypes and modelling in mixed reality (MR) are created here. The following technologies are used in particular: motion tracking/motion capture, CAD and 3D animation, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR).
