Carolin is Professor of Design Systems at FbG. After an internship at BBDO in Mexico City and studying communication design in Düsseldorf, she worked at 2x4 in New York and at Büro Uebele in 2008. In 2010, she did a residency at Hiromura Design Office in Tokyo. From 2016 to 2026, she was Managing Director and partner at Büro Uebele and from 2018 to 2021 she taught typography at Düsseldorf University of Applied Sciences.
